Here’s a structured booking policy for your **Public Safety UAS Program Management Course**: **Booking Policy** 1. **Course Availability & Scheduling** - Courses must be scheduled at least 6 weeks in advance to ensure proper coordination. - Dates and times are subject to instructor availability and agency readiness. 2. **Agency Responsibilities** - The public safety agency booking the course is responsible for providing a suitable training location that meets instructional needs. - The agency must supply necessary AV equipment, including projectors, screens, speakers, and any additional media resources required for course delivery. - Agencies must ensure that all required resources for student participation—including workstations, software access, and any specialized UAS equipment—are available and operational. 3. **Participant Requirements** - Registered students must meet any prerequisite qualifications outlined in the course description. - Students are expected to bring any personal equipment specified in advance, such as laptops or personal protective gear. 4. **Cancellation & Rescheduling** - Agencies must provide at least 10 days’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. - Rescheduling is subject to instructor availability and may incur additional administrative costs. 5. **Liability & Compliance** - The agency is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, safety standards, and operational guidelines for UAS use. - Instructors and course organizers are not liable for any operational incidents occurring outside the scope of training.
