Floatation Device Working Group

As some of you may be aware from my posts on LinkedIn, or maybe not, this year has been not only more responsive in the SAR Water Rescue space for drones, but also in actual rescues. This year, we already have three (3) confirmed rescues.

FDNY - two rescues - June 2 and July 25

Ocean County Sheriff - one rescue - July 17

Both agencies deployed Restube EFDs (emergency flotation devices)

- two kids, a girl, and an adult in distress. We look forward to hearing your user stories, as well as any questions that you may have on flotation deployment, or overall payload deployment.
