The DRONERESPONDERS Ohio Public Safety Coordination Group (OHGRU) is the cornerstone of unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) readiness across the Buckeye State. Built by and for Ohio’s public safety professionals, this dynamic coalition drives real-time mission coordination, resource sharing, and operational standards designed for Ohio’s diverse landscape—from the Appalachian foothills to the Lake Erie shoreline, and every river valley, rural township, and urban corridor in between.

Membership Eligibility
Membership in this DRONERESPONDERS State Group is intended for individuals affiliated with public safety agencies, departments of transportation (DOT), emergency management organizations, tribal governments, public sector utilities, academic institutions, and federal entities. Membership requests from individuals or organizations outside these categories may be considered on a case-by-case basis. All membership decisions are subject to the discretion of the group's leadership, whose priority is to uphold the integrity, mission, and collaborative standards of the DRONERESPONDERS network.
