The DRONERESPONDERS Georgia Public Safety Coordination Group (GAGRU) is the hub of UAS readiness and collaboration across the Peach State. Built by and for Georgia’s public safety professionals, this statewide network strengthens real-time mission coordination, resource sharing, and operational standards tailored to Georgia’s diverse landscapes—from the Blue Ridge Mountains and Appalachian foothills to the Coastal Plain, barrier islands, sprawling agricultural regions, major transportation corridors, and the dynamic metropolitan area of Atlanta.

GAGRU connects public safety agencies, emergency managers, first responders, and aviation stakeholders to enhance operational effectiveness, foster interoperability, and advance the safe and effective use of drones in support of public safety missions throughout Georgia.
