This was a very compelling and informative update — it’s great to see such a positive outcome from what could have been a major loss. The role of coordination and technology in recovering these drones really stood out. I recently came across a similar discussion on a review blog https://www.attn2detail.info/, which also touched on how critical drone operations have become in agriculture. I’m interested in knowing if there was any actionable information shared with FSLTT on any level for this. You would think at least a generic BOLO, detailing the make/model and with photos of the UAS and controller would be disseminated. Was the manufacturer contacted to see if activation of the aircraft would be blocked based on serial number? The user manual that I found online does not indicate that remote ID is integrated, so maybe highlight that fact and explain what detection systems would and would not work for this type of UAS. Even if it is unlikely, if not impossible, for a nefarious actor to get these UAS operating, that should have been communicated as LES information. If we…
