This award is given in honor and remembrance of Boulder CO Officer Eric Talley who selflessly gave his life to save others in an active shooter event. Officer Talley was also Boulder PDs UAS Program Manager.

Matt's efforts have a far reaching impact than most the public will ever recognize. I hope that Ft. Wayne PD and the City of Ft Wayne capitalize on his award in local media. It is well deserved, all in the Public Safety Sector and those who benefit from this are indebted.
